600g chicken wings, cut into pieces
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ cup all purpose flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
Season chicken with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, garlic and pepper. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove garlic and coat well with flour.
Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside to drain excess oil.
Sauté garlic in butter until light golden brown. Add fried chicken and toss until coated. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
